Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday are packed the following Monday.

Delivery times
Standard tracked delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Orders over $75 ship free within the United States.
Customs and duties
For deliveries outside the United States, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your local customs authority, not by us.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us the same day and we'll update the order before it leaves our warehouse.
